iiiiit’s gacha time again at the Albero sim, and I am so excited. I swear they need support groups for gacha addicts.. i could so use one lol. There is some seriously adorable stuff in this round, of course 2 of those being from one of my all time favorite stores in the history of ever.. Katat0nik. I just absolutely adore the awesome colors in her things! A few days ago Sissy Pessoa the creative genius behind Baiastice released this completely GORGEOUS new skin line called Pulchra. There are 30 different makeups in each shade and there is a make up type for everyone or any look that you would want to achieve. My favorite are the skins with the deep red lips. Mmmm. Can’t get more glam than that!

The skin comes with the option to have cleavage as well which I am showing with a very sexy and glamourous bra and panty set made by Baiastice. Seriously. If you have not looked at her lingerie.. you are missing out. Its the stuff of sirens and glam girls.

Not only did Baiastice release a brand spanking new skin line.. she released hair attachments as well. See the skins also come with the options to have a blonde, red, brown or black hairbase and of course the option not to wear it as well. The hair attachments is the hair that I am wearing in the post and I absolutely love them and think it is such a wonderful and innovative idea to release them both at the same time with all this diversity.

One more thing to note.. there is a free group gift of a brand new skin from the Pulchra line and a hair attachment. If you are not in the group send Sissy Pessoa a polite notecard and she will add you to the group. Once you are in look in the group notices and you will be good to go. One of the most exciting days of Hair Fair has always been Bloggers Day – this year it will be 3rd September. Exciting for the committee because it is a test run for the event, and exciting for the designers as their new releases are revealed to people from all over the world. In the hopes that they will share their creations through blog posts with amazing pictures and delightful insights.

This year we are making sure that enough notice is given for bloggers from all over Second Life to apply for admission to that event. It is limited in numbers, because the sims themselves have avatar limits, and there are many hundreds of bloggers.

Priority will be given of course to bloggers that did a lot of posts on the event last year, as well as those that feature and give credit to hair in their posts all year round. The bloggers must also be regular bloggers, with visible posts crediting them as author.

All bloggers applying will have to provide a link to their blogs, as well as a minimum of three blog posts relating to either Hair Fair past, or Posts that they feel are focused towards hair – no editing of previous posts. Full Avatar name, as well as flickr link if you have one.

All applications are to be done in the comments of the post on the Hair Fair blog HERE , the comments are moderated, the info will not show to the public. ONLY the committee will see the applications, this is not meant to be a cattle call, but we do not want to miss out on anyone due to Second Life lag, and the possible misdirection of notecards.

If you are not a fashion blogger, but an events blogger, who would like to do a feature on the event, please apply, we would love to see the event covered as a whole, including info about the charity Wigs for Kids etc.

You must have your comment application in by the 10th of August, as preparations for the event will need to be organised, and invitations sent out.Only one blogger per blog may be accepted due to limits.

I don’t know about you but usually when I travel, I like to wear really comfortable light clothing.  I used to travel a lot with one of my old jobs and when I started flipping through the Polyvore outfits, I found one that looked like something I would have worn on one of my trips.

The outfit was really sweet looking, pairing some khaki shorts with a nice light coloured, light weight cardigan.   I wound up using a pair of shorts I got from the recent Armidi sale, which I am sure people are tired of hearing about.  I paired it with a pretty popular little sweater from Pig and a skinny belt from Fri.   Although  I would normally never wear closed shoes with no socks, I figured it’s SL, so why not.  The  shoes and suitcases actually came together as a gift that Picnic offered at the CSR event last season.  They remind me of a set of Samsonite luggage my parents had when I was a little kid.  It was the only full set of hard case luggage I’ve ever seen so it still sticks out in my mind .  To top everything off, I used a pair of sunglasses from Lelutka.  You can never have enough pairs of over sized sunglasses.  These are great and come in a wide variety of  frame and lens colours.

Porque tienen el diseño necesario del buen gusto. Os traigo las novedades de KHUSH, una de ellas este vestido con buenas texturas, bien hecho y muy sexy. Para que os paseeis por todo sl sin pasar calor. He querido conjuntarlo con una camisola de una sola manga de la firma Rezlpsa que sienta fenomenal combinando ambas prendas.

Las joyas me enamoraron nada mas ponérmelas, ya os he presentado varias de esta casa, pero es que no me canso de mostrarlas. Serían perfectas en mi RL. También os muestro el brazalete que, por lo que me costó de tiempo de espera en un panel de la suerte, vale su precio en oro… pero mereció la pena, se regala conjuntamente con un collar a juego.

Y la altura en tus zapatos. Yo no sé si en Rl existirán estos taconazos. La verdad que te suben por los aires por el palmo y medio de tacón que llevan. Pero que siempre que los he visto a otros avatares me han parecido tan femeninos que siempre he acabado haciendo zoom en ellos con curiosidad. Sobre los tacones en Rl tendría para escribir un libro, la verdad, de cómo se puede andar cómodamente con muchos diseños que venden. Pero aquí en sl todo vale. No? Un Besazo Gordo. Si me dá tiempo os prepararé otro post esta semana. Eso espero. Si no es así. Esperadme que yo vuelvo

I don’t know about you, but sometimes in world I find myself so in love with a skin (or two) that I wear around the demo as I go about every day things – shopping, socializing and the occasional swim or two. When sachi Vixen sent out these Bianca demos, I knew right away this was a skin I was going to love. Adam n Eve skins have always had a very distinctive look – and probably the best tummy in Second Life. I’ve always been a big fan of the body details both bold and subtle that sachi incorporates but sometimes I’ve had issues with the way certain makeups looked on my avatar shape. Not at all this time – Bianca and her sister skin (in a much darker color palette) Sophia are both exquisitely detailed skins body and face. In addition to the standard bold juicy red lips and smokey eyes, sachi’s incorporated some other great looks – by far my favorite on the light skin tone is the Nude makeup choice with its glossy lips and dark kohl eyes. It’s 110% yummy from every camera angle.

For Bianca, I chose a more neutral palette – going with the “coffee” makeup choice, which really compliments the rich dark skin tones sachi’s incorporated into that line. Sophia ranges from a dark tan in its “t1″ tone family, to a really deep brown in t4, the darkest option. Each skin (Bianca and Sophia) comes with a cleavage plus plus option (shown in my photos) and several different pubic hair options on both the new Viewer 2.0 tattoo layer and the more traditional underwear layer.

The sale vendors used are also very unique – first, update group members are automatically refunded 10% of their purchase price. Second, using the “multibuy” option (for 3 or more items) will save you an additional 10% off the purchase price. The best deal by far is the complete set which goes for $7500 for all 10 makeups in a tone family. These skins are beautiful enough at full price, but for L$750 they’re really a bargain. I would highly recommend visiting to check out the demos on these gorgeous skins.

I can’t lie, I always liked Launa Fauna’s skins, but they didn’t look as good on as as they did on others. It never stopped me from buying them though..I guess I was hopeful. Until now… I love how soft and delicate it is…she totally scored with this face.

I’m sure many of you have scoped out the Armidi Warehouse by now.  My look for this week implements a combination of older pieces as well as new!  One of my own personal goals as a member of PaperDollz is to better use my entire inventory, versus wearing only new releases.  Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE new releases!  But I tend to get lazy and instead of digging through my inventory and wearing the thousands of beautifully made pieces I already own, I just buy new ones and file them away into my inventory after wearing them just once.  How boring and predictable, and also… how unoriginal.  Our styles should be a true reflection of who we are and what we’re feeling.  Today I was feeling girly.  I loved the overall softness in the pastels, and thought of the Fri.day skirt and Armidi jacket right away!  I definitely don’t think I would have paired the two together.  But in the end I was very happy with the result and my girls were very complimentary.  WIN!  Make sure you hit up the Armidi sale and take advantage of the 50% discount.  I wasn’t able to find any unreleased items, but I did however add a bit of color to my Armidi folder.  Happy shopping, ppl! ❤
