I’d like to introduce Pulchra, she’s the new face of Baiastice and she’s stunning!

The Pulchra skin has so much character and comes in 7 tones: ultra-dark, dark, tan, sunkiss, peach, pale and porcelaine. The 30 assorted makeups, from a pure clean barely there face to evening couture looks are all beautifully done. The Ruka Ghafla has a semi-sheer sculpted skirt of crinolin and satin that’s absolutely beautiful. Your eye is immediately drawn to the shape. I like the wrapped effect on the strapless bodice too.

The Thea gown is another elegantly sculpted skirt with a lovely shape and design. The folder contains 2 skirts, one scripted with an AO loaded with model poses. Please help me settle this once and for all. I have received messages on my blog telling me my mouth position is too high. What’s your opinion? Should I lower it like the 2nd photo?

The other day I spotted an avatar with hair that I didnt recognize. Thank you sl for the inspect option, which told me the designer was Sebass Easterwood of Hair & Hair. I had never been to that store before, so the first chance I got I tp’d over to check out the styles. I went on a mini shopping spree and here is my loot! First up is Tami in red. This style is one of the newest designs in the shop and comes scripted to change from a shoulder length hairdo to a ponytail. The scripted wigs are a bit pricey, costing 450L for a single color pack but are definitely well made.

Zora in dark brown is another scripted wig. This hair has a black knitted hairband and comes with either a small amount or a full head of springy curls.

The Arishka is an sensational new dress design from Baiastice that comes with a built-in AO. I think this is a brilliant idea The model poses are perfect for the runway and compliment the dress.

Arishka comes with a ruffle on the left shoulder, a system skirt, a showgirl scupty skirt, 2 of the longer sculpty skirts, one has the built-in AO. The gray monochrome texture is unique and very attractive. This dress looks so good on, my pictures don’t do it justice!

The Akito is another outstanding design from Baiastice that has a built-in AO. This gown comes in 7 colors, although the peach is exceptional, it caught my eye from a distance. The texture is very detailed, with a sheer layer of crinolin over the shimmering sculpty skirt. The prim flowers at the neck are a nice touch. Both outfits include all layers on the top and pants.

Denisa comes with a wonderful assortment of 6 summer makeups in 4 skintones: pale, tan, tanned and dark. The folder of each makeup has 4 skins: bald, hairbase, cleavage & non-cleavage. I like having the cleavage on a separate skin. She has a well drawn face with a tiny beauty mark resting below her left eye. She has rosy cheeks, a brown brow well defined, and nice shading around the nose.

There’s 4 NEW styles at Truth including one for the guys. First up is Christina in almond. This is a very pretty medium length style with wavy ends and comes with a headband scripted to texture change into 17 colors. You also get the ability to turn off the flower and just have the headband.

Christina2 in carrot is the same as the above style but instead of the texture change headband, we have a braid wrapped around the head.

Julia Streaked in cranberry comes scripted with a 22 dual streak option plus your standard wig. You get two looks for the price of one! This is such a pretty updo too with lots of flexi movement on the ends in the back.

The Nova Pants & Tops are new at Mimikri and come in some very colorful textures. The Nova Pants can be worn with either flared or straight leg bottoms, you get both in the folder. The flared pants have a 60′s vibe about them and come in 5 colors.

The sparkly fabric on the Nova Tops is very pretty. I especially like the ribbon attachments at the shoulders, they have nice movement. The shirts come in 10 brilliant colors and have a waistband that’s adjustable.

Polly is a NEW skin from the Unique MEGASTORE, and if you demo her, I’m sure you’ll agree, this face is exceptional.

I didn’t think Nany Merlin could top the Jolie skin, but Polly is stunning. She’s very similar to Jolie but her skintone is lighter and she has different makeups. Each individual skin folder contains a pair of eyes and 4 skins: hairbase and bald with cleavage versions for each. The eyeshadows are very glamorous with a wonderful assortment of color. The lipsticks are all shaded to perfection, Polly has luscious, very kissable lips. The couture makeups are so charming, I particularly favor makeup 8, the cheeks resemble a strawberry. TIK TOK has a pretty skin at the Summer Of Love Fair called Stella. She comes in 4 tones: light, medium, tan and dark with 5 makeups each. This face is so charming! The individual makeups are very well done. I particularly like the Summer Queen and Green eyeshadows in the medium tone. The lipsticks are a natural pale pink and glossy.

The Stella body is shaded really well especially at the cleavage. I like that you get a skin with the cleavage instead of a separate shirt layer. The skins are being discounted during the fair. A single makeup will run you 200L and a fatpack of all 5 makeups is 600L, extremely affordable!

The Peach Beach Skirt is a brilliant NEW design by Candace Hudson for Hudson’s Clothing Co. This skirt has a semi-sheer floral pattern, tied at the hip with a bikini bottom underneath. The Raquel’s Peasant Top is also NEW and works so well with the skirt. The top comes with a black undershirt (not shown), prim puff sleeves, and has either a bow tied at the chest, or a ruffle and bow combination. I wore this outfit out dancing yesterday and received several IM’s complimenting me on my look. The skirt definitely has that WOW factor.

Meet Margot, she’s the new girl in town…

Freckles Design is a NEW skin shop opened by Velours Mahogany and Etienne Sahara. Velours sent me her very first skin called Margot. I’m truly impressed, especially with the variety of makeups. Margot comes in 4 tones: pale, light, sunkissed and tan. Each folder contains a dark and light brow with a freckled skin for each. You also get the cleavage on a separate undershirt and shirt layer, including a cleavage for the freckled skin. I really like that the cleavage is included and not sold separately. Margot has a beautifully refined eyebrow, nice shading on the eyeshadows, both upper and lower lids, and subtle shading on the cheeks giving her nice facial definition.

The Summer of Love Fair starts on 7-18, the venue will be announced on that day, and will run through 8-8. This event IS NOT to raise money for charity, all profits go to the designers who are urged to make a donation at Hopeline. There will be lots of visual aids at the event spotlighting mental health issues and illnesses, since the main purpose of the fair is to de-stigmatize and raise awareness. Amacci is one of the designers participating. The Thorn Necklaces and Earrings are made of titanium with gemstones scripted to change into 9 different colors. During the fair the jewelry will be sold at a discounted price. Earrings (transfer) for 110L and the Necklaces (modify, transfer) for 130L.

Newly released at Pout are these sexy tie tops. The shirt comes in 4 solid colors: black, red, purple and white. It’s also available in 4 floral patterns to match the previous release ‘In Bloom’ shorts and skirt sets.

Zenith has become my new favorite clothes store. I spent a fortune there last week but came home with some great looks. I blogged a couple of discounted dresses here. Today I want to show some of the NEW fashions from this very talented designer. The Tiffany Dress comes in several amazing textures, but the khaki/yellow caught my eye and I needed it, you know how that goes I like the way the colors blend on the frilly scuplty skirt. The dress has cute bows at the shoulders which attach to the chest. I thought the cost of this dress, 250L, was a bit pricey but not unreasonable, since the skirt is so detailed and probably took alot of effort to create.

The NEW releases from Truth this week are a nice variety of styles. Aradhana is a wavy updo that comes with a headscarf scripted to change into 12 colors. This is a very pretty hairdo, I just wish the headband had the invisible option.

Enix comes with a 22 dual streak version plus the standard wig. This is a very unique look when streaked. The the hair is cut in layers and pulled forward over the left shoulder with the bangs framing the face.

Nora is a thick ponytail. The hair is parted off center and framing both sides of the face. Like all of Truth‘s hair there’s lots of movement on the ends and the loose tendrils.

Dekade has this special makeup Brooke skin in the shop for 100L. It’s a bit pale, but very pretty.

Pen’s Gems has some new goodies in the store. The Cheryl Rings come in either gold or platinum and attach to your middle finger. The Flowers Gold Bangle is the prize in the Midnight Mania Board which is set very low at 45. The bangle has pretty flowers etched into the metal.
