It’s that time of year again where I get antsy & pace about the shop and realize,  Ack! no room.
It’s also summer which is melting my brain.

I’m obviously a handful of posts behind.  Ahh fleshy life getting it’s dirty paws into my Second Life and mussing things up.

The fraise themed madness started with the ~Strawberry Vines~ Tattoos.

Another moment of insomnia doodling gaining it’s own life and influencing more than a handful of sl things.

This tattoo set has a large selection of options (and yes 2.0 versions) . @ the main shop.

The Best thing about this post is the awesome Strawbrella , which was a collaboration with Further Monday of  Weather! or not? and myself.

She and her partner Fang providing the wicked cool umbrella and I  made some stripey strawberry texture goodness to compliment it.

I enjoy any chance to be able to create on a theme with fellow artists.

To see how people interpret what raw ideas they are given.

SL has a strange relationship with art in general.

You are either in the “art scene” or you are a dirty dirty profit seeking designer.

I hope that there can be a middle ground. SL is such a RARE opportunity to have a creative heart & make an income!

One does not sully the other.  Artists have bills, families, kids, (possibly too many cats >.>).

There can be no shame in doing what you love for a living.

I missed Sophia’s challenge earlier on, as my fleshy counterpart was having a birthday. (and coinciding post holiday blues) hya isn’t the oldest avatar. Though feel like I’ve seen SO many changes here since her rez day in 2005. Where I spent my first week near The Welcome Area. Logging out in the nearby water because I thought your avatar remained in world. *doh* and I didn’t want her to be molested!

My first land was a 512 on the edge of “The New Continent” and Tateru Nino was my neighbor. I remember Telehubs, a time before flexi prims or local lighting. Server Load tests with prizes! (They had to bribe us to get 5k(?) people on the grid at once. Yes I still have my Benshee) I Miss the “Missing Image” file. and even yes, Ruth. Because, I started my life here as her.

Second Life moves quickly people ...
