Two in a row, and before Saturday! Monumental for me, I’d say. New territory would be a good subtitle for this, as it’s inspired by something I’ve started to take up in RL: Meditation. I’m a true beginner, and I think I’ve done a very amateur, self guided version in the past. But, with the amount of items & goals I’ve been piling into my plate, I know that I’m going to need help relaxing and sleeping normally again. So far, I’m just using podcasts from Meditation Oasis off of itunes. Any tips are appreciated! Do you meditate?

As I sit here writing this post, I am watching the most recent episode of Once Upon a Time. A great show, but seriously messing with some very strong ties to the belief that we will all have our Happily Ever After, and the foundations that those beliefs came from. All I can say to not ruin the show for anyone else is Prince Charming PFFFFT.
