Thank you thank you thank you to everyone who tried to help me keep my island and stay a part of SL. Unfortunately, Linden Labs is not accepting my L$’s as payment. If you want something I made before it disappears forever, by all means spend your L’s and get it now. BUT, there is no need to spend your L’s in hopes of helping me out. I have plenty of L’s but like I said, Linden Labs won’t honor their own form of currency. The L’s I have are going to be wasted. There have been many of you who have graciously offered to give me money via PayPal and I actually received $100 from Trindolyn Beck’s fund-raising party. Thank you all! Very much! Truly, from the bottom of my heart!!!! It means the world that so many people want to help. However, by now I owe waaaay more than that (about $700), plus my largest renters had to move on for their own safety. They rented half the island and were the main reason I could keep it as long as I did. I fully understand their decision since my situation has been iffy, to say the least. Thanks to them, as I called them – the Creator Girls and to everyone else who inhabited Twomoons Island. I wish ya’ll the best! As for me and SL – it’s over. I never liked how LL treats the creators and when they refused to accept their own currency as payment – Game Over. So that means MiaSnow Myriam is no longer. And since MiaSnow had all the goods in her inventory, I will never start out fresh with another avie. It’s a damn shame! I had recently been squirreling away in the sky working on a new cool store build and new products for a revamped brand. Was going to call it MIA13 and number all the creations for easy keeping in your inventory. Then next year it would be called MIA14, the next MIA15, etc. I was planning on staying a while! Oh well, maybe you’ll see me in another world, but for now my plans are to practice drawing and painting. I’d like to sell my RL creations more often on eBay probably, as I don’t care for Etsy much anymore either. But, we’ll see. Thanks again. I love you all! P.S. I wish I could go ahead and remove my Marketplace but I am locked out of it too. I’m hoping they remove it so more L’s don’t go to waste.
