I love this movie and that part of the movie.  So I took a breather today and went skin shopping. I've been wanting a change since I've been wearing the one I have for 2 years.  So I picked up the new Belleza release, Lily.  I first tried this skin when blogging Whore Couture but the designer changed it quite a bit from the pre-release.  I'm very pleased with it.  Really love the lips and makeup options.  It comes with a blond base on the skin but includes a tattoo layer in the dark and red hairbase/eyebrow colors.  I didn't think I would like the separate layers but think it provides more options.

Taking time for myself today made me think of that quote from the movie and "lots and lots of ladybugs".  Which took me to my joy of blogging for ZombiePopcorn.  Love the ladybug jewelry by Je Suis and floral texture on this Pesca top...I'm providing the fashion food for the ladybugs lol.

UKD Burlesque Show

UKD Project is an Italian band which is performing their original music live for more than 4 years in Second Life. Now they are on tour with a very special show. They produced in very hard work the original “UKD Burlesque Show” leaned on the original motion picture “Burlesque” from 2011 with Cher and Christina Aguilera. Therefore they have the rebuild of the original stage and dancers dressed with burlesque outfits to make this show a real special experience.  Rola Hykova the leadsinger of UKD Project interpret all songs of the original film soundtrack LIVE and has six beautiful dancers in each scene as sexy eye catcher.

Seeing Red


Hiya, just a little quickie, these last days have been a wee bit intense. I've just got one of those things you can't keep to yourself. sYs have put out an impressive bunch of group gifts (including several fem skins) next to the landing spot. It's a real treasure trove. Some I know of from before, other's I don't so I had fun indeed. The quality is very good, some of them are special colour editions of their stock in store so it's a generous loot... lot... indeed. The guys are are also catered for.

If I remember correctly and nothing has changed, a small join fee applies. No worries, however, the stuff is worth it.

Today I'll try to be concise without any of the usual blaethering and just get on with it. I've tried to include as many different gifts as practically possible.

Let's start with the little outfit for the daily round of blowing up corporate mining operations on Mars. I know, I took some artistic license with the sky but it matches the pants.

Let them eat it. What? What else was I going to say when wearing Marie Antoinette gown by Avatar Bizarre. The decadently pink (it’s the colour of evil, I tell you!) delicacy representing cake was absolutely perfect contrast to the gothic glamour now available in the World Goth Fair.

 The choker by Pop Tart & Urban Assault is from the fair as well, as is the makeup by Pin Me Down. The heart lip marking just seemed an equal amounts of crazy and cutesy to work for dark Marie Antoinette.

The surrounding cloisters are by *~ by Nacht, a part of their fair offerings: it is obviously meant to go together with the abbey and crypt that they also have available at the fair. Gorgeous, realistic gothness that steers away from the cliches, but stays firmly in the dark, regardless.
