I really hope you all like this new CHAMONIX full furnished mesh cottage from inVerse. I had the pleasure of blogging this for you all to see. It is a very quaint mesh cottage. Fully furnished or a option of non furnished. Porches, 2 bedrooms, one is unfurnished, Dining room, bathroom off furnished Master bedroom. Adult animation pose balls in the bath tub, the bed and in the cuddle rug. The plants are beautiful. A very realistic look on this new Low prim home.

This house is 346 Prim's fully furnished. Here are some notes from the creator's.

MESH WARNING:

This house is built with mesh, so you need Viewer 3 or some else viewer capable.
Mesh are not like prims, if you resize a mesh could increase the prims count.
House is linked and setted to optimize the LI count. Of course items are mod, so you are able to unlink them, but keep in mind that by doing this, will increase the LI.
Mesh textures dont work like textures of prims, because usually mesh have only some faces or just one.
Saying all this, be careful how you change and modify your home and enjoy it :)
